Thank you so much for the patch :D Just patched the MIUI 2.2.10 zipped ROM for my SGS2 before flashing my phone and it's working beautifully with correct Arabic RTL and all :D

Just downloaded the MIUI 2.2.10 and it's working beautifully on my SGS2 :D It lacks Arabic/Persian/Hebrew support. So, you'll need to go to http://miuiandroid.com/community/threads/arabic-and-persian-rtl-fix-30-10-2011-huge-update.723/ after downloading the MIUI ROM and patch the zipped ROM...
