That is what I thought but I flashed new release, then google apps and all google apps apart google play disappeared. Is that a problem with a ROM or did I do something wrong?

The lockscreen battery status and date texts are again in Chineese. It happens very often - did you forget to change something or Xiaomi does a lot of changes in this area?

Why won't you upload each rom instantly once it is built? It would make the bandwidth usage much more efficient.
