theres two camera icons because they are two different camera apps. one is the cm camera (from cyanogen mod) and the other is the miui camera. you can pick whatever camera works best for you. cm camera has the working ffc switch. miui camera has touch location focus. with your screen wake...

What's the name of your music directory? Make sure it doesn't have a . in front of it like .music and make sure the directory doesn't have a .nomedia file in it.

You can grab the gallery apk from cm7 and bring it over to miui. Works fine.
