There might be an easyer way for you to do it , get Root Explorer from the market change the premisions to r\o copy and paste the file from your Sd or Esd to your system\app folder and reboot it should fix it. Correct me if im wrong ofc :)

Bootlooping here aswel with the new fixed upload, it just gets stuck on the miui logo while booting. Thank you for the great job you do :)
