Hongmi 1s WCDMA - real or fake?

I have bought Hongmi 1s WCDMA and I am not sure if it is the real deal or fake. Is this the official multilanguage version or your unofficial? Below are few screenshots from ROM, CPU-Z and Antutu X.

4.4. is only for MI3W for now.

How come it has 873 MB RAM and not 1024MB=1GB and why it has 5.72 GB internal storage and not 8GB?
I have the sam values and I wonder why are they different from official specifications. Also my has 320 dp which is different from official specs (312 dpi).

I think this it due to system requirements - for example USB key with 512MB has only 465MB available free space. But someone with more knowledge may correct me.
