microphone problem

Hi, i recived my mew phone today, but it´s impossible to have a call or to record something... i think the microphone is broken, but maybe is it a software problem ? does anyone had the same problem ? thanks

Try full wipe and new /other soft. If it doesn't help, try via miflash. If that doesn't help, i looks like faulty hardware
