probably the old system that is wrong. You should only flash the new supersu and stop. Probably the old replace the kernel that don't work with new update

dual system still can not coexist, later abandoned this feature. No longer use the previous mount program, the introduction of new programs, so the two systems coexist is not feasible.

yeah the problem is a faulty one (launcher3) probably or some other app bad coded
PS i'm wrong the new system of root don't work with this new build

Do a backup and try lollipop.
