The software Cm transfer don't work with xiaomi mi3. The software works very fine with xiaomi mi3 with another mi3 and works very well from xiaomi mipad to mi3. I have received a reply from the author of this software and the problems are the hotspot function not present in mipad.

Could you please check that if your mipad has hotspot function?
CM Transfer works by connecting with hotspot. So both mobile devices need hotspot function.
