i have a Redmi Note (4G dual sim); removing battery label is
2014912 CMIIT IS 2014CP6187
received from germany with rom 6.3.3.0 onboard, italian language (90% menu translate) and google apps perfectly working.
Conneting to Mi Pc Suite i've download and apply an update to 6.3.12 and reboot.
After rebooting no italian language on system, but only chinese (2 version) and english. No google apps but some chinese apps.

After reboot and by Mi PC Suite show me that a new rom release is ready to download; is rom based on 6.6.4.0 KHKCNCF stable. Download and apply.

Now could you kindly help me to reinstall a working rom with italian language and working google apss? Could you explain how rom download?

I thank you... i'm resolved by installing rom that i've downloaded from this forum "xiaomi.eu_multi_gucci_5.8.20_v7-4.4" with ITA languale and Google Play Store installed and 100% working.
