What with Xiaomi Note 3 PRO version (Snapdragon), does we have some international or xiaomi.eu version to flash and how ?
I hope that we haven't just Chinese ROM version available ?
What is with bootloader, locked ?

- Only CN rom so far, with 1 update
- on 24-th we will see ROM for RN 3 Pro
- in 1 month, maybe, xiaomi.eu dev rom

Yes, when the TWRP will be available, and the bootloader unlocked. Now, while you are on Chinese rom, apply for unlock code here: http://en.miui.com/unlock/ and finish the job. Later, you will be able to use xiaomi.eu roms and hopefully the OTA on them.

I have not it. I bought today from that seller phone and talking about ROM, he said me that multi language ROM is already available. I told him to install that.

you can ask your vendor if:
1) the one mentioned is an official ROM or customized by him?
2) exists a way to allow us to download that ROM?

I received response from the seller.
He says that they installed multi language ROM in my phone in his market.
He will send me a link when I received goods. That is all. ( I think, probably it is some developer rom for CN market...)

Can anyone who has rn3 pro check cpu frequencies?
I have one in my hands 2/16gb version and cpu-z and cpu-x both say it's 1,4 GHz....
On the box is written 1,8GHz. Antutu says it's 1,8 but it also says it has 5,7" display, so can't trust that.
Another thing, in battery menu, there is no balanced/performance mod
