i have some korean music and it appears as boxes. UPDATE: i think the whole system cannot process unicode text, as i tried another music player and still boxes. UPDATE: wiped media storage and still not display the characters.

when trying to wipe dalvik cache in recovery, i am getting "E:unknown volume for path [/sd-ext]" is there a way to fix this? because dalvik cache isn't cleared and i need to delete "/data/dalvik-cache" manualy and reboot.

on my stock rom (samsung s2) you could do this by holding the home button + power button, is there a way to do this in miui or it uses different keys?

Scenario: adding notes from a freshly booted phone works, but when you start to delete even a single homescreen shortcut, you can't add any notes to your homescreen anymore, you need to reboot your phone for it to work again. i'm using 2.2.17 before and updated to 2.2.24 and problem still...
