    Whic kernel? Because i think the flash video bug is a miui bug... for the battery problem: it can be a theme problem...use the default LS theme and the default charger. Also wipe cache&dalvik

    if you update your MIUI you must back up your current theme and apply the default.mtz (before flashing)..After that flash new MIUI, and import your backup.mtz and apply it!

    Whic kerel are you running? Because if you have Siyah you can change the clock easly ;)
