Hi thanks for your reply. I'm a bit confused because when i hold down the volume key and power. the screen says
that my phone is locked at the top, but then its says the phone is S-OFF already. So im not sure where to start and exactly which method to use. The reason i want to root is so i can backup my app data with titanium backup as i believe theres no way to backup app data without rooting.
I was looking in to the revolutionary method but that's not compatible with my HBOOT.

    ****LOCKED****
    saga pvt eng S-OFF RL
    HBOOT - 2.00.2002 (PG8810000)
    RADIO 0-3822.10.08.04_M
    eMMC-BOOT

    Thanks

    You already have S-OFF though?

So just root the bitch, and you'll be fine.

Is that normal for some phones to already be S-OFF because I certainly didn't do it.
Should I now root with GingerBreak or Superoneclick method?

    SuperOneClick is my personal favorite.

I'm trying that one now but it gets to
Shell rooting device step #7 waiting for device
    then it freezes (not responding)

I've tried both SuperOneClick and Gingerbreak but both fail to root.

Run the applications with Admin (if on windows). Try the USB connection on USB 2.0 and USB 3.0 if needed.
