Vibrant had the lowest downloads of any device on our site

Its unlikely it will receive ICS. Sorry.

andy rom is stock rom can i install it and then flash cm9 kernel and modem? right after installing i9000 andy v4??

I thought you had a Vibrant....

That port is for I9000. That is not the Vibrant. Do not flash that on your Vibrant.
