Requirements:
  • Your device's bootloader must be unlocked.
Installing with Fastboot:
  • Download Xiaomi.eu ROM zip file
  • Extract the ROM zip to a new folder
  • Power off your device
  • Boot your device in Fastboot mode (Hold volume down + power buttons)
  • Connect to PC via USB cable
  • Run one of the installation scripts (according to your PC operating system):
    - first_install_with_data_format - with data wipe, if you're flashing Xiaomi.eu ROM for the first time or downgrading.
    - update_rom - without data wipe, if you're updating from an older Xiaomi.eu ROM.
  • Done!
Installing with TWRP:
(TWRP must be installed with Fastboot mode)
  • Download Xiaomi.eu ROM zip file
  • Reboot to TWRP
  • If installing for the first time or downgrading: Wipe -> Format Data
  • Copy the ROM zip file to the internal storage
  • Install -> Select the ROM zip file
  • Reboot to system
  • Done!
Updating via Updater app:
(A Xiaomi.eu ROM and TWRP must already be installed on your device)
  • Download Xiaomi.eu ROM zip file
  • Copy the ROM zip file to the internal storage
  • Updater -> Menu (...) -> Select update package
  • Select the ROM zip file
  • Confirm any dialogs
  • Done!

If person are believed, then he still has a global version of the device. And he writes a Chinese model in the settings, because his rom is Chinese. He just doesn't change the model code himself because of laziness. My attempt: I have a Global device. - i installed CN ROM 24.4.8 DEV > camra...

Unfortunately, I don't know much about this kind of stuff, so I don't know what the modem is, but I'm only on the old version right now. So, will I have any problems if I update normally from the computer? I wonder the answer to this.

If your device is chinese you have no problem, if not use correct modemfirmware for your region

I strongly believe that houji global should have a disclaimer, note with the link to the firmware (and a try at your own risk disclaimer)

We have migrated our OTA metadata source from miuipolska.pl to GitHub due to various reasons.
Due to that, you'll have to update to a newer ROM manually once so that the Updater app gets updated with the new source.
This will also allow countries that were previously blocked to receive OTA updates.
You can identify a ROM with the new Updater app by the removed "multi_" from the file name.

Like @AlexEvanescent said, please stop spamming. Your posts has nothing to do with the ROM itself. The xiaomi.eu team made it more than one time clear in past that they cannot change slow download speed and that there are reasons why they use sourceforge. Be patient and just wait. Your devices will still work, even with a ROM from last week.

also to me on mi12pro ( i do not have magisk installed ) and now i`m stuck in fastboot . it looks like they are uploading a new rom for zeus I installed it, everything works.

Invalid - Unstable and slow download mirrors.

Most time the ROMs are uploaded to Sourceforge - but many times their mirrors are ultra slow - especially annoying when updating via OTA inside xiaomi.EU ROM- Sometimes I have 20++ tries to download a ROM via OTA and then it stops or Download ERROR - extreme annoying. Please use other download...

Has someone test this new version with Shennong (X14Pro)? I have the Chinese version, are there any issues with modem firmware or It Is only with global device like x14 and Pro version Is not affected? Thanks in advance for the answers
