Yes i realized so I've switched to that for the mean time till this issue is fixed

I just used the install with data format and after made sure i did not use any sort of restore app to restore my apps but rather freshly install them from playstore. Only issue I've now is the gmail attachment download error and themes download error

Yes ok with no bugs so far

For mi 11 ultra users running the latest build if you really want to avoid this whole storage permission issues, you just have to do a fresh install and reinstall your apps.. Do not restore from any backup app..I know it's hard to start afresh but after i did mine from scratch I've no app...
