after that error, please go to fastboot (pwr/voldn) and try again .don't unplug from PC, don't close miflash - hit refresh and don't forget to switch folders.

bootloader is locked if you switch from 7.0 to 5.1 or viceversa. you must flash with miflash to switch android versions. instead of fastboot flash .. try fastboot boot.

you can go back with original firmware (miflash - fastboot), then twrp for 5.1 will work. you know the rest.
