I thought it was clear. I want to know how I can enable Wifi and Hotspot at the same time on Xiaomi.eu MIUI11 stable ROM. I'm currently on AOSP Pie 9.0, and it is possible by default.

On 10.3.4 Stable Oreo, Wifi and Hotspot could be turned on at the same time. But the pie updates, neither 10.3.4 nor 10.3.5 have this feature anymore. They will no longer turn on together. If this worked in the past, why not now? This is quite a deal breaker.
