I advise you to update your phone to latest 21.3.10 via twrp, than wipe dalvik/cache, mine mi 9 SE is much smoother now. That version (21.3.5) lagged as hell.

I installed this rom: xiaomi.eu_multi_MI9SE_V12.0.3.0.QFBCNXM_v12-10.zip Update: WIFI still dont work, plus cameras are force closing. So I assume, I will need to flash chinese firmware with flash tool, than this EU rom via TWRP?
