Is there a MIUI 13.0.12 fastboot rom for Redmi Note 10 pro? At the 1st post it is recovery rom but lower it sais "twrp doesnt work ..... android 12 only "via fastboot

So I have installed the MIUI13 fastboot rom for Redmi Note 10 Pro. It could not boot into the oS without wipe data. But I have a question - does the fastboot rom lock the bootloader? I can not find the option for checking in the Developer options.

I've managed to revive my phone after 10 hours in reanimation. Installed Miflash on another computer. From there installed all the drives. then installed the stock rom 12.0.3.0 RKFEUXM. After few minutes it displayed ERROR but my phone restarted normally. And updated OTA to 12.0.13...

I`ve tried to install a fastboot rom but stuck on fastbootloop. Now I have downloaded the official 12.0.6 fastboot rom but MiFlash is 3000 sec and counting. How long will it take. I think it is stuck. Is there any other way to revive my phone?
