I have the same issue in different phones with different versions of the .EU ROM

I have the same problem with my Poco X3 Pro

It worked like a charm!!! I just rebooted the phone into Fastboot mode, unzipped the file "xiaomi.eu_multi_POCOX3Pro_V13.0.3.0.SJUMIXM_v13-12-fastboot.zip" and double clicked the file "windows_fastboot_update_rom". The process took around 5 minutes to finish and now I have the update working...
