Hey guys, i wanted to install eu rom and i saw this picture As you can see after Mi4c it says YES on the locked bootloader column.Does this mean that after installing eu rom my bootloader will be locked?

Hey guys, i just bought my new Mi4c, so i want to ask you what ROM is the best. At the moment i have MIUI 8.0.16. and my battery isn't so good.So if i install this eu rom, will my battery last longer? And also will this rom end up my temperature problems?
