i format all data, wipe all, reboot to recovery, install ROM succeslfy, but after reboot to system 15 minutes "MI" logo on bootscreen... no progrees bar like ususal, any solution?

UNLOCK BL DONE! but only on dev rom and with ofcial unlocking tools. No sucess on stable ROM. Must flash DEV via SP FLASH tools firts, after use UNLOCK tools. :)
