Can't find the option to disable/enable background data anywhere... Anyone can help?

I'm connected to wifi and all apps work well but when I open play store it says "No connection" all the time. Tried to clear cache/data but didn't help. I'm on htc desire hd, with muiu 3.10.25. Any ideas?

I'm on htc desire hd and installed muiu 3.10.25. Since then I can no longer open Wi-Fi Setting... When I click the option black screen appears for several seconds and I have to force quite "Settings". Please fix this.

The other day I needed to create wifi hotspot to connect to internet using 3g and share it as a wifi so that other devices can connect it. Am I missing somethin or MIUI doesn't have this feature?

I just installed MIUI v3.8.2 on my HTC Desire HD and everything seem to work fine, except I'm unable to connect wifi. When I enter wifi password the window where password input appears closes and nothing happens. The wifi is denoted as "Saved" in the list. Any ideas how to fix this?
