Have you checked the Sort button? I'm on the same version on Pro, and once you enter the settings of the quick buttons, you can see the hotspot. Just pull it in the first 14 rows.

As always, it is heavy on standby. The last 10% lost on screenshots is during the night, when phone was rested. I only use Greenwich with few blocked apps. Rest is automatically. Funny thing, I have developers options enabled, but that menu is unavailable from settings. Search cannot even find...

There is a trouble with flash and autofocus, but if you enable the flash manually ON, then it's ok. Camera sucks either way...
