Maybe you can try other kernel (and wipe cache and dalvik cache)? I use Apolo V4.7 Regular by Pedestre. This kernel has wifi driver ported from SGS4. Btw it solved the battery drain on my SGS2 when using MIUI rom (caused by wifi, still testing).

I want to give some feedback from older thread (sorry for being slightly off-topic): I got less battery consumption so that was improvement, but sometimes my phone (I9100 int.) became laggy or did not respond well so I guess I have to change the tweak settings into something less dramatically...
