I don't know what version you're on but on gingerbread the bootaudio is stored in /data/system/theme/boots and you can delete the mp3 with any root enabled browser (like root explorer.) And if you're on gingerbread then you could also go to Settings>themes>customize>boot audio and select "None"...

My Mms.apk actually didn't have anything like enableMultipartSMS in it but the older apk I have does, so I added it and I also added in the maxMessageTextSize from the older one, but it had -1 so I just changed it to 1. Here's what the original Mms.apk has in mms_config.xml <?xml version="1.0"...

Does anyone know how to add the auto split function to the Mms.apk that MIUI comes with? I'm on a cdma network so I cannot send messages longer than 160 characters. I have an old Mms.apk that has auto split enabled but it is for a much older version of MIUI gingerbread so settings doesn't work...

I know that if you flash the extended settings you can change that, but I don't think it's possible without it. I don't think you can change how the phone numbers are shown though.. "Without man, there is no problem, no man no problem."

Go to the superuser app, press menu, settings, then enable super user access. The reason it's not enabled at first is probably for the mi-one phone.. "Without man, there is no problem, no man no problem."
