Just updated to MIUI 2.2.17 and used Extended Setting for 2.2.10 and everything working perfect.

Install MIUI Rom Downloader from the Market, and there you will find the stable versions released until now, as well the "betas". Actually I had to use the Downloader to install this week release, because the link for DHD its not working.

My Monitor App. version is 2.3.5 on my DHD, and there is no "Reset Mobile Internet usage" option, but I'm pretty sure that it was present before, and also the option to set the SMS monthly allowance vanished. Anyway to reset the Mobile Data Used, just tap on Data used at the bottom and enter 0...

setting/programs/manage applications/all. tap on the default program and in the next screen you find the option to clear the default setting.
