you need to unlock bootloader fist, then flash MIUI rom throught TWRP.

I have installed the version 12.5.02 on my devices (Poco F3) throught fastboot. Now, I need update new version 12.5.03, but the privious vesion not have TWRP - Can not update throught OTA or ZIP file. So kindly support me to guide the way install the new update without lose the data.
