I have a problem with my Xiaomi Redmi Note 4 G. It doesn't push Whatsapp messages. I don't get a single Whatsapp message notification. My messages notify only if I have the application turned on. I have MIUI 5.3.13 Beta version.

This is from my Xiaomi IMEI and S/N validation made on my PC. The first one was made from my phone. Which ever captcha number I enter, and it doesn't have to be the correct one, it says " IMEI格式错误 " written in red letters.

I just want to make sure if my Redmi Note 4G is fake or not. I bought it from merimobiles.com. The weird thing is that IMEI/SN number official site check says that IMEI is ok written in red letters no matter what captcha number I type.
