Confirmed- same bug. It could work for a whole day o crash in 1h. The only solution is to reboot.

Confirmed You can reproduce the bug like this: WiFi and Bluetooth ON, turn on airplane mode and then remove it. WiFi will work again, Bluetooth won't restart even if manually turned back on.
