After install the global 10.2 with the twrp 3.2.3v my Mi 8 just freze on the starter screen, (black with MI in the midle) any ideia?

You need to use XiaoMiFlash... I solved the problem in my Mi 8 SE using this...and you need to instal an original room... A chinese/english room if you have a SE like me Good Luck I used this video for take some ideias

One more stuck on the fastboot screen, and once again the twrp did't works...only appears a black screen :x

After download the update and accept the message that says: "the device will restart in the recovery mode and install the update xiaomi.eu_multi_MI8SE_V10.0.1.OEBCNFH_v10-8.1-zip. The data will not be deleted" the phone just reboot and goes to fastboot, after a while turn off whitout make any...
