Root. Install Titanium Backup. Freeze stock Browser. If no unintended shenanigans then use Titanium Backup to Uninstall the stock Browser. I've already uninstalled mine with no negative effects so far.

It's easy to flash the SuperSu zip via TWRP. There are guides all over. I just flashed ROM and SuperSu and everything works great so far. Good luck
