Mi9, 9.9.26 first version, twrp-3.3.1-41, no root, dirty flash without wiping cache/dalvik. Failed to send SMS on both sims. All settings are correct. Anyone else? Any ideas?

For me xiaomi.eu stable (not smiui) had battery drain issues and I changed it. Ingzbry said that last dev version is more stable than stable version

Touch problem with twrp and SuperSU. And I think I had it once somewhere else except homescreen. But there is a chance I missclicked
