Didn't for me. Not with Nova, unless there's another update from the Feb release, just reflashed bliss to take that screenshot, reverting back to miui now

I tried arrow os, pretty straight forward installation, can easily switch back to .eu rom without any issues. I came back to .eu because i still think it's the best one for me on this device. Arrow os is like stock pixel Android 10 feel, so i can't use Android 10 gestures with Nova launcher...

You mean you need German language system-wide, or just for the keyboard? I'd go with Gboard. Can't go wrong.
