Keep the original battery as long as you can. The batteries from ebay and ali xpres are not very good and with lower capacity than advertised and they most likely will have lower capacity than what you have now.

I have a Mi Note 3 and I dont understand how come the latest Chinese rom is version V10.3.2.0, and here is 10.4.1.0?

Please have in mind that with this configuration the overall quality of photos and videos is not very good but it works.
