    Yes i lost, the main problem was bootloop, after flashing 9.1.3 rom phone doesnt boot, we cant flash working twrp, so only solution is i think flashing with miflash :(

    I got fastboot bootloop too, i trying flash with fastboot twrp versions 1102, 1217, 1227 but nothing helps. i think only solution is flash stock rom with miflash, and flash again twrp with fastboot... yes it works, i flashed latest cn stable and twrp 1102, phone now booted
