After installing the 12S Ultra Stable EU ROM, seems the factory reset is putting me to custom recovery. Which means I have to reset data using custom recovery is it?

If not what's the other best recommeded way to reset your phone using the TWRP, coz I'm not expert on it at all. Please share with me anything that you follow as a practice and works. Coz I'm scared to do this, mainly because I don't want to brick my phone.

I don't think you can lock the bootloader with anything other than the stock firmware it came with.
