Reboot Into Twrp Problem

hello
i have just updated a mi note pro with twrp (after unlocking).
it seems like when i try to go into recovery from pressing (vol+ & pwr) i get a picture of a phone and a disconnected cable (see attachment)
when i try to boot into recovery from updater app , i get same result.
what seems to be the problem ?

You have not twrp yet. You mast flash twrp by two strings : 1. fastboot erase recovery 2. fastboot flash recovery twrp.img

i will try. when i use "fastboot boot recovery twrp" it does go to recovery

Your bootloader is locked....

it's open. i used mi unlock and checked it with the adb cmd and it returened a true sign

Use the command ...fastboot flash recovery recovery.img

this is what i used and procedure went ok , but when i rebooted , there was no recovery

Then you must give this string: fastboot boot twrp.img and telephone will jump to twrp. After that you mast flash your twrp.img as image inside twrp - top left button an right bottom corner inside flashing mode.
