I desperately need any help as there is none here in my country...

MIUI Version: MIUI-KXDCNBF91.0
Build Number: KVT49L
I went to some local mobile shops and who told me that this rom is the latest (since 2 years) and there is no further support for my unit.... Is this true? If not how to update my device..
