Hello peeps, i'm in need of some help.
So i dropped my phone yesterday (MI3) and now the screen is broken.
Bummer, but i was going to get me a MI5 anyway.

I'm hoping to sell my MI3 for a small ammount, maybe theres someone out there that wants to replace the glass and give my phone a second life.
The problem is that i cant wipe my phone because the bottom part of the screen doesnt work anymore.
I tried using TWRP to "Wipe Data" but when i type "yes" i cant press enter because of the broken screen.(screen doesnt respond)

Is there a way to wipe my phone and erase all my data, video's, photo's, downloads etcetc trough my computer (MiFlas or someting) so i can try to sell the phone ?

If you can get to TWRP, you can wipe it through "adb shell".

Code:
adb shell
twrp wipe cache
twrp wipe dalvik
twrp wipe data
twrp wipe sdcard
reboot

Also you might be able to boot to fastboot mode and MiFlash factory image. Pressing vol- and power button long time should get to fastboot mode.

As I know you can try to use some tools like Android eraser to wipe Android phone. The data deleted by it can't be recovered. It can erase all the files including contacts, text messages, photos, videos, music, ebooks, note and so on.

So, you can still connect your phone with pc, and you can still touch it?
If so, you can try data eraser or clean software.
MobiKin Eraser for Android.

Just install it on your computer, and launch it when the phone is connected.
