Hello,

I'm on a Redmi Note 2 with the 6.8.11 Beta ROM (So I guess I must be on the weekly type)
And I was wondering, how can I have the "enable root access" on my phone and why I don't have it ? Is it because I am on a weekly ROM ? If this is the case, how do I switch from weekly to monthly ?
When I try to download it, there are multiple folders with different versions of MIUI 7,so I don't really get it...

Every time you put new ROM update you must flash the SuperSU-v2.xx.zip again to have root access.

Alright, but when I go to a website to download it, it say that my device need to be rooted in the first place...

Yeah.. They wrote it wrong I believe. You should have bootloader unlocked and twrp installed(which I think you already have). And flash it via recovery. They probably meant that superSu needs a device with unlocked bootloader

Redmi Note 2, It does not have the bootloader locked
When you go into TWRP, you can install directly SuperSu
