Both devices detect each other, I can set up Note 3 as new device in the laptop's Bluetooth Settings, pairing is alright... But when I try to send a file (for instance .jpg or .epub) to the phone all I get is:
- ”Timed out waiting for response” from laptop
- ”Received files: 0 succesful” from phone
Retrying gets the same result.
Any fix?

You can transfer files to computer in one click with Samsung Phone Backup .And you can transfer android contact, messages to PC .It compatible with all popular Android phones, like HTC, Google, Motorola, Samsung, Sony,Xioami and more.

You can try other methods to transfer files like Android File Transfer and Android Manager. It supports to connect phone via USB and wifi.
Easy to transfer files form phone to computer for backup and to import files into Android from PC.
