Need A Fastboot Xiaomi.eu Rom

Hi guys, I have problem with unlocking bootloader my Note 4. So I want to find a Fastboot ROM with multilang (I'm a Vietnamese). Can you make a rom.

Can I replace boot.img, system.img, preloader.img in Stable China rom with files extracted in xiaomi.eu zip rom, then flash with MiFlash?

whats the problem sir? did'nt get sms notification or?
a few tips
1. change your rom to dev rom before unlocking (china/global) if released
2. try to unlock again

notes:
1. make sure u login mi account you have permission to unlocking in your phone
2. try to check if via i.mi.com (micloud web)
3. make sure only one account in one phone (you can check via step number 2)

as far i know, xiaomi.eu rom is TWRP base (correct me if i wrong)
so, this is step by step from me
1. unlocked bootloader
2. flash cofface-twrp via fastboot
3. enter twrp (make backup)
4. then do a full wipe
5. install Xiaomi.eu-Nikel(RedmiNote4).zip
6. wait,,
7. then reboot


UPDATE
sorry, xiaomi.eu rom has a fastboot rom too
wait a few days, maybe developer still work to make a rom for you device

Thanks, but my Mi account just unlocked another phone 4 days before. If now make new account I have to wait more 10 days. I just read a thread in MIUI EN: /thread-362948-1-1.html.

maybe thas a problem sir, 1 account for 1 unlocking (for 1 mount) as far i know
