Remove Preinstalled Songs

Hey guys,

a new owner of a Mi Note Pro, who recently unlocked, rooted and installed the latest Stable xiaomi.eu ROM for my phone.

I have 5 Chinese songs which are from the time I got the phone (old ROM) which transferred to the new one even after factory reset. I want to remove them, but every time I delete them from the music app, they appear again immediately after I reopen it.

Any idea how can I remove them once and for all? Thanks in advance!

That didn't really help, cause after I deleted the folder, it kept recreating itself for some reason.

What did the trick was to download root explore, grant root access, search for the song names and delete all folders from there. This of course requires root.
