And what about google play services?
How much they drain your battery?
I have 32% google play services...
And android is draining 25%...

I think its not ok...

Mi5, 6.9.15

Any news on the newest releases? Is it worth it to move up from 6.9.15 beta?

So right now 7.5.2 stable is the place to be regarding better battery life? At my rate of using the phone in 6.9.15 i get 2, maybe 2 and a half days of battery life... I am not pleased with the 4g signal stability...it keeps droping phone calls so i switched to "prefer 3g" witch is way better and it seems to me that the battery last longer on it also...

Yes to me 7.5.2 has good battery, drains very little overnight, good signal. I remember 6.9.15 was very good. Wanted to try again stables, I Don t know about 8.0.5

Been a stable user since the first release, pretty good for a heavy user like me. Typically lasts 1-1.5 day, 3-5 SoT, depends on whether I play some heavy games or just all browsing, emails (3 accounts), social media and chats.

So the stable ROM give more battery life than developer ROM ?

I would never generalize that way. Every update can change the graph, especially for developer ROM since it gets updated weekly. Plus, battery life is affected by a lot of factors. It could be a better update for some is a worse for others. I choose stable simply because it's less frequently updated so I don't have to flash new ROM every week, not because of its battery life. With my usage pattern, stable or dev won't differ much.

Here some stats about my day I use the developer channel 8.10.20.
I think it's mobile data drain more the battery... In this example i'm connected on WiFi only

nice, but for me, since i let the mobile data on always, I get more battery life (about 10% more) than when I was only on wifi ... if that makes any sense to anybody, 'casuse to me it doesn't :D
