Update From Developer To Stable

hi,
i have mi4c with eu developer rom (6.9.29) and i would like to install eu stable rom.
how do i do it? install from recovery? after that what wipe option do i choose? factory reset? format data?

Best practice - Full Wipe ARTDalvikCache/Cache/Data/. But this way you delete all data except internal storage.
Also you can try to wipe only ARTDalvikCache/Cache and upgrade. It may be ok and save your work space, or have some errors. If errors - try fullwipe and reflash.
