Mi 5 & Smartwatch

Hello I have question, do you know if Mi 5 is compatible with the smartwatch Samsung s 3?
I am going to buy but I am not sure if both of them are working together.

I have an S3 frontier and nope... Samsung Gear crashes on miui. EU.
White it works on Global Stable ROM.

What do you mean? That it works on Global Rom?
