Mi 5s Spotify Issue

hi,
I'm using 7.1.12 on my mi 5s. and when i try to listen music via spotify, it is going to be closed. After 8-10 min later, when the screen is off. I have tried every hints, but they are not working. please help me!

Try going to
Security->Battery->App battery saver
then select your app and set it to No restrictions.

Try also opening the recent apps, the pull down your app and press lock.

I could not lock the app, how can i do that, could you be more clear?

and how can i do the app to exception list for battery saver?

Open the recent list, try keeping pressed the menu button (this could depend on buttons configuration).
Slide your app downward and press the lock ("Blocca" on the picture) as in the picture below (click to zoom).

Nice to hear that!

You may also want to check that the apps from which you are expecting notification are started automatically flagging them on
Security->Permissions->Autostart
