Upgrade To Android 7 Without Blocked Bootloader It's Possible?!

Hello guys,

It seems that this guy upgrade the mi4c to Android 7 and just after downgrade to 6.1.7, without the bootloader bullshit.
The steps:
-boot in recovery TWRP 3.0.2.0
-swipe dalvik/system/data/cache
-flash rom 7.2.16
-flash TWRP 3.0.3.0
-reboot in recovery
-reboot in system 7.2.16
BACK
-boot in recovery TWRP 3.0.3.0
-swipe dalvik/system/data/cache
-flash rom 6.1.7
-flash TWRP 3.0.2.0
-reboot in recovery
-reboot in system 6.1.7

despite locked bootloader one will have TWRP installed and this gives possibility to install whatever one wants, I believe
upd: video guy use some custom firmware from "Ego_Zero" due to heating and other issues xiaomi.eu users often complain (he said it).
